In order to succeed, we think you'll need:
You'll be working in a (surprisingly affordable) Frank Gehry-designed building 4 blocks from the beach. We guarantee the work environment to be more entertaining than your average tech start-up.
Skills & Requirements
We seek smart, effective, interesting people and prioritize those attributes over a particular technical or language skill set. That said, we're building on a thoroughly modern stack and value experience with:
Ruby, Rails, Node.js, jQuery, Backbone.js, SASS, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, nginx, HAProxy and AWS
Epoxy builds exceptional software for online video creators and viewers. Our tools help YouTubers and networks optimize their business and deepen the relationship with their audience. Our channel experiences provide viewers with new ways to connect with and experience the content they love.
Epoxy was founded by designers, engineers and entrepreneurs who are passionate about product and solving problems. Our backgrounds include Stanford, Brown, IDEO, Adobe, Mixpanel, Google/YouTube, BMW and Team Downey. Our organization is flat and takes inspiration from the best design, innovation and engineering cultures. We’re fans of design, engineering, elegant products, art, pop culture, entertainment and, generally speaking, extraordinary experiences. Our investors are top-tier tech VCs and outstanding strategic angels.
Epoxy is headquartered in beautiful Venice Beach, an independent and artistic community in the heart of Los Angeles’ booming tech scene. The beach, gym, great restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Yes, people do actually walk (and bike) in LA—at least in Venice.
